All works are crafted with care and love, each piece is original and handmade.

The glass and materials used come in various textures and irregularities, which add to the charm of the finished product. In the nature of handmade works, imperfections may arise, with human error being an intrinsic aspect of the process. Otherwise, any minor defects will be mentioned in the product description.

Please note that the photos displayed may not fully capture the beauty and nuances of the actual product and therefore may not be the most accurate representation of the product in real life. Thus, kindly examine the pictures or request for more pictures before making a purchase.

RETURN POLICY
All sales are final. Please double check before making payments. If you have any issues with your order, please contact enhues studio within 24 hours of receiving it.

SHIPPING POLICY
Currently, this site is only able to accept orders within Singapore. For international orders, kindly get in touch with me via Instagram or email.

Before shipment, a final inspection of each piece will be done. The piece will be cleaned, polished and waxed before shipment.

For pre-orders, please allow a lead time of around 3 weeks for production.

Orders below $150 are subjected to a shipping fee of $5. Free shipping can be enjoyed for orders over $150. (For local orders only)
SUSTAINABILITY
In pursuit of sustainability, some recycled or reused materials like bubble wraps and cardboards are used as protective packaging.

The recycled materials are always checked prior, to ensure that they are in good, sturdy and presentable conditions. This approach also enables me to accommodate various sizes of works.
